So gorgeous! Did you have to use any type of filter with this to get the water that smooth with that short of an exposure, or since it was taken during dawn was the lighting enough for the settings to produce that milky of water? I don't really live near water so I don't get many opportunities to practice those shots. Some of the shots I've posted recently are old shots from before I understood my DSLR settings or got a tripod...
