Hawa Mahal - or Palace of the winds was built for the Royal women to look down on the street without being seen themselves. It has 953 windows! It was built of red and pink sandstone.
The architectural marvel captures the wind flow and circulates it through the building to keep it cool even when outside temperatures reach 50 deg C (over 125 deg F)
