Behind The Lens

Location

This photo is taken in small marina in Paleo Faliro (Athens, Greece). The weather was "on my side" since there was absolutely no wind and the reflection was perfect.

Time

The photo was taken in early afternoon, late summer.

Lighting

No additional light was needed. It was just a perfect moment at the end of the day.

Equipment

The photo was taken using an old Olympus C7070. No tripod was used.

Inspiration

I live nearby this place and visit it quite often. It is very interesting and tempting. Probably I've taken dozens of photos there.

Editing

No post processing has been applied.

In my camera bag

Sony Alpha SLT 68, Tamron 18-200, Cosina Macro 100, Sigma 8-18 I still use Olympus C7070 for under water photos.

Feedback

I like the old paintings and how the light has been "captured" especially when sunsets are shown. Sometimes I'm trying to capture the same impression on my photos. No sunsets are the same, and I always have my camera next to me ..
