Jim busks in our town (kings Lynn, Norfolk), he is somewhat of a local celebrity as he is an almost permanent fixture in the town centre.
He can be a bit confrontational at times but if you speak to him in the right way he is usually amiable.
To take this portrait I gave him some money and just asked him to be himself. He is a sad character and I think this comes across in this image.
