I was a school crossing guard for a few years. It other than the middle 30 minutes or so, the job mostly entailed a lot of standing around waiting. So I had plenty of time to look for beauty and interesting things in what was a very mundane and ordinary spot. Things like wildflowers, sunrises, and cloud formations. I looked down in this rainy morning after a car drive by and saw all these cool bubbles in the gutter. I barely got my camera out in time to get the shot. I'm sure everyone passing by was wondering what I was doing all hunched down by the curbside. But it was for sure a shot worth taking.Editing
