I took this photo from the window of my apartment on the 11th floor. This view was right in front of me every day and it called my attention because I really enjoy looking at things, especially those you are exposed to every day and end up not seeing because they're there all the time. We tend to delete these things from view, because they are present all the time, and I like twisting that idea around and looking at everyday things as if it was the first time I ever saw them.Time

I think what makes this photo is the diagonal shadow of the window, the way it reaches the other window at a pretty interesting angle and connection.Equipment

Yes, post processing using Lightroom (don't use it anymore, I'm a Luminar guy now). I like pulling the blacks in, lots of contrast, lots of volume using clarity and detail.In my camera bag
I shoot street, so I pack light: one camera (currently a Fujifilm X100F, but I also use 35mm film so when I shoot film I use a variety of street-friendly cameras - Rollei 35S, Olympus XA2, Olympus Pen, Minox, etc), extra battery and memory cards, cleaning cloth and beer money.Feedback
Keep your eyes open for the light. Keep your eyes open for thise everyday things that seem so mundane that you don't even pay attention to them, since thery're there all the time. These are some of the ways we can see what others don't.
