Location
This photo was taken in a small village in the Dominican Republic bordering on Haiti. I was inside a small church where we were providing free Dental Care to those who have none. If you look around you no matter where you're at these type of moments can be captured. I must take 100 photos before I get one like this that stands out so be prepared to do a lot of shooting. Nothing is ever staged, it just appears!Time
This photo was taken around 9:00 a.m. in the morning as the sun was just above a bordering mountain. I think the time, place, and subjects captured a stunning real life portrait!Lighting
No special lighting. This was taken inside looking out a crude window opening nicely framing the beautiful scene beyond it.Equipment
Camera used is my trusted Canon SX170IS ~no other equpment needed. The picture needed nothing else!Inspiration
