Nicely done! There is some streaking in the surrounding stars but not too bad. Maybe you could share some of the details on how you achieved this shot.

Thank you Steve :) I had made several attemps before this one with nothing but my camera and had fair results but I wanted better! (of course) A friend of mine had recently purchased a tracker and had invited me over to try it out. So this was my first ever attempt at using one those buggers and I must admit, it's more difficult than I thought it would be. So I was ok with the little bit of streaking this time around. I'm hooked now so plan to get one of those nifty trackers myself and attempting to get an even more spectacular shot of this nebula, plus many others.

Forgot to add, I had originally planned to stack several images together but I just couldn't make those look like I wanted, so this is just a single shot...for now.

Ok, that makes sense. I've been looking at those myself, just need to take the plunge and get one! Good luck and I'll follow you to see any progress you make!
