Location
This was taken at an old mining City in Colorado. Its name is Central City, a town that drew more drifters and gold seekers (as well as money) more then any other town in Colorado. It had mines with names like " The Glory Hole" to highlight this fact. It brought massive amounts of money into Colorado. Keeping in line with the past, it continues it's existence now as one of 3 gambling towns in the state.Time
It was an overcast mid afternoon day during the week when no one was aroundLighting
being somewhat overcast, it provided a perfect diffused lighting effectEquipment
A Canon EOS 50D with a Tamron 17-50 2.8 lens. I lay in a narrow furrow by the tombstone to get an upward "Heavenly shot" that I feel gave a surrealistic feel to it.Inspiration
My fascination with the past and with others who have come before us. There is an old saying on one of the tombstones that goes like this: Remember Man as you go by As you are now so once was I As I am now so shall you be, Prepare yourself to follow me.Editing

Just the basics equipment. Camera, Lens, Tripod, Polarizer.Feedback
Keeping it simple. Getting the picture 1st in the camera without having to rely on photo Shop magic that may not even really be needed or wanted.
