This picture is taken on the coast of Ambleteuze, CÃ´te d'Opale, France. The Latin name of the kelp is fucus spiralis, but I'm not sure. I loved the flow of kelp bells streaming out of the rock and the twinkling of the sun as stars in the salt water.
