Location
I took this photo at a friends studio. We all just get together from time to time and have a little shoot out helping each other with ideas we come up with. Fun times!Time
This photo was taking at night around 8pm central time in a studio.Lighting
The lighting was just the over head fluorescent lights on the ceiling.Equipment
I used a Sony a77 with a 16-50mm 2.8 Sony lens.Inspiration
I signed for an online lighting class and one of the photographers we looked at was Sarah Moon. I like how mysteries some of her is and this image was my take on her style. my friend help with the flowing fabric.Editing
I do not use much darkroom editing with most of my work, on this image I use lightroom 4 to adjust the contrast and sharpen. In my camera bag
always in my bag I have tamron 70-200mm 2.8, sigma 105mm 2.8macro and 50mm 1.4 used with the Sony a77Feedback
friends are awesome use them, have them hold lights, throw fabric, give advise, etc. I turn the ISO high on this one and I normally really don't like noise in my work but it really work for me in this one!
