This photo was actually taken in my bedroom in Spruce Grove, Alberta at the time.Time
I am not sure what time of day I took this photo. I had just gotten a new lens, and my pretty kitty was posing so nicely so I took the shot.Lighting
Nothing special about the lighting.. just a normal overhead light.Equipment
The camera I used was a canon xs. I didn't use a tripod or a flash, just the lighting in my bedroom at the time. The lens was the canon 50mm 1.8Inspiration
I already talked a little on this.. I had just gotten a new lens for my camera and I was playing around with it.. I will note that that lens is now my favorite lens and lives on my camera.Editing
There was very little post-processing.. just played with the white balance a bit.In my camera bag
In my bag I have my camera an extra battery, an external flash, and extra memory card. My 50mm lens that lives on my camera and my 28mm-300mm lens.Feedback
My only advice is to be every ready with your camera.. Take pictures all the time, you never know when you are going to see something that inspires you.
