Location
This was taken at the stunning Gloucester Cathedral.Time
It was early afternoon.Lighting
It wasn’t the sunniest day, if I’m honest, and we’d just walk the length of this corridor (towards the camera). Something made me turn back round and it couldn’t have been timed better, the sun came flooding through the Windows.Equipment
It was taken with a Pentax SLR. 35mm film. Developed at a local shop.Inspiration
Gloucester Cathedral is an inspirational building. Stunning architecture, and as a church-goer, it’s a very special, peaceful place, even when it’s full of people.Editing
None at all. It was developed at a camera shop.In my camera bag
At that time, I just had my camera, kit lens, and 35mm film.Feedback
This was one of those photos that was more luck than judgement. It was totally off the cuff. Unplanned. Sometimes they really are the best captures!
