Hi, I love Black & white photos. This photo needs cropping from the top just below where the right hand wall finish, and crop just below the bike. That way the person will be the focus of the picture. Personally I will work on the photo to have more black and white and don't have and white washed areas, darken the shadow area , enhance the mid tones too. I had to comment as when I see a a good composition I love it strong.
