This picture is taken in Plasmolen, the Netherlands. I have always loved landscapes with a lonely, naked tree with a big crest in autumn. It's a symbol of survival, the power of nature, ancient mysteries and wisdom. The mist gave the whole a mysterious atmosphere, though the galloway cows gave it a rural touch.
