Have tried so often to take a pic of these beasts, but they just won't sit still for a moment!!! Stunning.

Location
This was taken in a place called Glenfeshie is the Cairngorm National Park in Scotland, on a cold snowy day.Time
The 'little reds' as they are known kept us busy all morning with their antics of jumping and running around collecting food.Lighting
It was winter so we had short days and next to a pine forest so it was small aperture and a relatively high ISO to get the shutter speed needed.Equipment
My trusty Canon 70d and 300mm f2.8 lens on a bean bag.Inspiration
After many many tries I wanted to show how agile and mobile the Little reds are but at the same time capturing the colours of the Cairngorm ForestsEditing
Basic sharpening and a small crop.In my camera bag
On this trip my bag was heavy with my 70d, 300mm lens and a 70-200 lens with my tripod along too. Along with plentiful supplied of hot drinks and snacks for the day!Feedback
Fast shutter speed and be ready for some fast action! You need to know how to achieve this with your camera using aperture and ISO settings.
