This farm name is Hólmur just otside the town Kirkjubæjarklaustur.Sverrir Valdimarsson that you can see in the picture lives there. Hólmur used to be a school of handcraft and was run by his father. It was the first farm in Iceland to be powered by electricity. It is still powered by same little home hydroelectric station.
