Oh the wonderful things you'll experience if you walk out that door.
.. Or in this case a soaked tent flap! This was my last day in Yosemite on a road trip around the High Sierras. I woke up at 4am to a torrential down pour; even amongst the tree cover at Camp 4 in the valley. So, I packed everything up, was the first one in the cafe-store and grabbed a hot cocoa to warm up, and hit the road! I didn't have an umbrella, so I cruised a couple laps around the valley loop and took a ton of shots of the surrounding "mystic mountains" from the dry, warmness of my car. Even at its "worst", Yosemite didn't disappoint.
