Behind The Lens

Location

I took the photo from the entrance of the JingAn Temple (???) in Shanghai, China.

Time

if i remember correctly this was done in the Afternoon, while Walking through my second home - Shanghai. I love to walk around and take photos.

Lighting

done in the AEB function of my Camera (Advancced Brackating )

Equipment

Canon EOS 650D

Inspiration

I love to walk through cities to take photos. Shanghai is basically my second home and I enjoy to walk throught he street and esspecialy the old town districts to take photos and talk to locals while Walking.

Editing

I did a lot of post-processing. 1. after the shoot I used Photomatix to create one photo pair as HDR, than I stopped that and used the Batch function of Photomatix to work on all Photo pairs. 2. Once Photomatix created all the final *.HDR and *.TIFF files I continued to stich them together in Photoshop. 3. than I moved all files onto my Server drives and let it scan with my DAM-System (Daminion Server) 4. Tagging places, geo cordinates, Copyright Infos etc. have been entered and stored to that Image in Daminion Server.

In my camera bag

My Canon EOS 650 D and my Lumix TZ travel Camera plus my Smartphone and my Tablet-PC.

Feedback

normaly you should use a tripod, however this was done via free Hand.
