I found this feather under the cage of our parrot and feel in love with the color, and since I am thinking on how to create a more lovely image on this, and since I was into water drop and splash, I never thought that the water will hold so tight on top of the feather and I love to watch it stayed in their grab some desk lamp and took my camera and look in the view finder and took a plenty of shot, But this one stayed as my favorite and winner in my arsenal..

Location
This photo was taken inside my room in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia when I was just beginning to love photography.I was so eager to used my newly acquired Tamron 90 mm Macro lens and immediately set up the table I normally used in my Still Life images..Time
It was in the evening when no one is around the room, when everybody are busy doing there things and I was alone and everybody wonder what I'm gonna do next after I locked the door....Lighting
Full dark room with a lit of the table lamp, My only means of lightning then I placed it on top the table near the feather.Equipment
I used Nikon D5100 for my camera, use my macro 90 mmTamron lens, no speed light, my newly acquired Manfrotto tripod is essential, table lamp with 60 watts bulb in it, on top of the table I created for my still life images, a mirror of course and a black paper on the bottom..Inspiration
I was inspired by this image because I was amazed on how the water will hold itself on a feather without collapsing n a couple of minutes.Editing
I just used PhotoScape to edit on this image since I don't have yet, any post processing application, because I just started photography then.In my camera bag
I normally brought with me my bag whenever I travel to take picture, and inside of it are my Nikon D5100 and my macro lens and 55-300 for some outdoor activities, with the trigger and speed light and kit lens when I'm doing and invited to do some portrait..Feedback
I used syringe in order to acquire the droplet,I add a little bit of sugar to the water to hold it tight as an advice from some friends, the image is in a reversed mode when I drop the water on a feather, with the following EXIF : Focal Length90.0 mm Shutter Speed1 sec ApertureF20 ISO/Film100
