This was in Old San Juan in Puerto Rico. Funny thing is I went that day to Old San Juan with my cousin, who was on vacation, juts to take random pictures. As we get out the car, we saw that cat just "chillin'" at the roof of a random car. The cat stayed there for the majority of the afternoon taking sun.Time
