It caught my eye immediately from your gallery, for the shapes and colour, but especially for the "double edges" around the lily pads created by the water and, what the water is reflecting and contributing to the image - superb! :-)) Congrats on your award, and I trust you deservedly receive more comments!

Thank you for your kind complement. The reflection you are seeing is leaves and limbs from the trees and the blue sky from above. I had a real problem this day in that I was shooting in the mid-day and most of photos lacked contrast and interest. I am certainly glad you enjoyed the photo. Check out the other simular photo from that series in my photos. I was able to apply some newly learned photoshop techniques to clean up the water and other distractions. I really had fun with both of these.
