Location
I took this photo in Montgomery County, MD. When I did this I had been walking around this particular neighborhood for some hours and just came upon this tree, looked up and quickly hit the shutter! Note: I still live in the same area and from time to time I pass by this tree and every time that I do can't help but notice how it is not so full like it once was almost 10 years ago when I made this spectacular image. All of the trees for that matter seem to have less color. A result of climate change? Maybe. Could be.Time
In the mid afternoon hours. I would say between the hours of 2:00 PM-4:00 PM if I remember correctly.Lighting
Looking up at the clouds in the sky in the background and then seeing how it blends with the color of the tree.Equipment
I used a Canon 30 D with an 18-55 mm Canon EF lens. That's all.Inspiration

I always carry one of my Canon's. Be it 20 D, 30 D or 40 D with my Canon EF 28-135 mm lens. Filters UV haze & a polarizer.Feedback
Use your eyes & then look thru the lens. You'll find it. I prefer landscapes & then some street photography. Landscapes you can move slow but the street scenes you have to move faster.
