Fall foliage, mainly maple leaves picked up from the ground. The shots accentuate the color by placing the leaves on top of a flash with a diffuser to spread the light. The goal was to have the leaves look as they were back lit. Some additional lighting was used to highlight the top of the leaves. What beautiful colors!
