Behind The Lens

Location

I lay on the floor of my lounge teasing him with the canon strap and he turned and stopped in the passage and I knew he loved his new home and I got to capture one of his cheeky snobbish moments.

Time

It was some time before lunch, the light always came in at that time and I remember going for a walk in the garden with him after that, adoring every moment of his freedom, pouncing at everything he could find.

Lighting

I was really just blessed that we had a good game and I loved playing with my camera all the time so the light was really just perfect in the moment. I take no credit????

Equipment

Canon, but I can't remember the model, I have upgraded since that shot.

Inspiration

He really inspired me to take many photos, mufasah was a hard cat to adopt, he didn't come out for the first month I had him as he had been stuck in a room for a long time before I adopted him. So I would just lay on the floor and talk to him and leave stuff out for him to see and become curious with and the camera was one of those things. He loved the canon strap that goes around your neck.

Editing

I don't think I did on that one, I wasn't really good with any editing yet.

In my camera bag

Canon EOS 7D with a EFS 18-135mm

Feedback

Make an effort to have your camera with you all the time, the little moments always produce the most beautiful images because they aren't planned or posed, it's just living life with your camera as your eyes, storing stories like this one??
