I took this photo in my garden, in front of my Florida Home. It's an Elephant's Ear plant (if I'm not mistaken).Time
It was about 330 in the afternoonLighting
I used a Nissin Ringlight speedlite, and some natural light for the background lighting.Equipment

It caught my eye because of the way that the leaf sparkled in the sunlight.Editing
No post processing here, This is exactly how it rolled off of my SD CardIn my camera bag

I shot this using low aperture, Most of the time with macro photography, you would want to shoot in higher apertures, but I like to go for the abstract side of macro, and a shallow depth of field can sometimes give you that effect!
