Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Germany, last spring. I worked there in a restaurant for six months.

Time

It was early afternoon, and I was just walking back home from a shopping mall with 2 heavy bags of groceries. It just started to rain.

Lighting

Can't say that I thought a lot about light back then. It seemed just fine to me.

Equipment

I used Sony DSC-H90. Standard part of my bag, wherever I go. Used parcial colours photo effect. I am aware of my lack of knowledge about photography and photo equipment. When I learn more, I might get better equipment. Untill then, I will be happy with my Sony.

Inspiration

The sight of this tulip on the ground was so beaufiful, that I went back even though I already passed it for at least 25 steps.

Editing

I used Picasa to improve contrast a little.

In my camera bag

All I have is Sony DSC-H90 mentioned above. It is small and handy, which makes it possible for me to me to click spontaneous photos.

Feedback

We just have to notice the beauty around us. Amateurs or not, beautiful scenes are everywhere around us, and it was never so easy as now to record it.
