I took this photo at home in my hallway.Time
Middle of the day, but in a dark room.Lighting
Studio lighting. You can watch me create this photo on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2PjoDBgDhIEquipment
My Sony a77, Zeiss 24-70 f2.8 and two lights. My key light is a 22inch beauty dish on a b800 and my rim light is a Sony speedlight behind pointing up (effectually down)Inspiration
I wanted to try to capture the feeling of something slipping away from you.Editing
Yes; This photo was shot upside down, so i needed to flip it vertically. Other then that, the post processing was minimal. I did some lightroom adjustments and some dodging and burning. In my camera bag
If I am out in general, I usually keep my a77 with me and my 3 core lenses... 11-16 2.8, 24-70 2.8 and 70-200 2.8. With those lenses, I am ready for almost any situation.Feedback
Watch my YouTube video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2PjoDBgDhI and be prepared to take a lot of shots and get very smokey!
