1) While taking the shot , do not include the sun as the camera sensor will not be able to adjust the settings 2) try carrying a monopod or tripod due to light constraint 3) do not change lenses there due to minute durst/sand particles in the air. 4) if required bump up the iso as grainy picture is better than blur once.
