This photo was taken at the Fort Worth, Texas Air show!Time
It was about 2:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon as I and several hundred other spectator's, watched the Blue Angels go through their awesome stunt flying routine. It was breathe taking!!Lighting
The lighting for this shot was better than I expected. There were just enough clouds, that you could see through to give you a nice background, plus give you a better detail of the aircraft.Equipment
I use a Canon 60D with a Tamron 18-270 lens.....Inspiration
I love planes!! My Dad was in the Air Force and I would just sit and watch the planes takeoff and land for hours.. I took a number of pictures but this one I was able to capture all the Angels flying straight up in a row, just passing through so light cloud cover..Editing
There was no post-processing to be done..In my camera bag
In my bag you'll find my Canon 60D with a Tamron 18-270 - a Canon 18-55 - a Tamron 10-24 with a Metz speed flash..Feedback
The only advice I can give on capturing moving Jets is "Timing"!! Hold your camera as steady as you can while following anything that's moving!! Try "Sports Mode"
