I just received my new 70-200 VR11 lens yesterday and went to my favorite pelican location to try it out.
To my great dissapointment the pelicans were taking the day of, so in desperation I did a 1.2 GB panorama of the pier to see how the lens performed.
This lens is so sharp and the detail in the original image is amazing.
