During the Summer in Washington, the water front is a gathering area where boating, and water paddling is the main attraction. Not to mentioned the scenery of the bridges,buildings and people kayaking make it a stunning sight if you can see the beauty of nature.Editing

Time of the day is important as well as patience when composing a picture. It is always good to make sure that your composition is exactly the way you want it, considering moving objects and people play a role in the message I was trying to convey in this picture. Not to forget I was also trying to respect the rule of third.
