Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in a forest near my home - Forêt de Chaux - France

Time

If i remember correctly, it was during a morning walk with my dog.

Lighting

Just the daylight that pierced the branches of the trees

Equipment

Sony A6000 + 18-55mm only

Inspiration

It was chance that made me see this mushroom on a tree. I had never seen a fungus grow like that on the trunk of a tree.

Editing

Postproduction is limited to a setting of brightness and contrast. A stamp of correction was also necessary to eliminate a small brown leaf in the background. All was done with Lightroom.

In my camera bag

It depends on the days ... and the type of exit ... Mostly I use a Sony Alpha 77mkII with a 16-50mm f2.8. I'm also taking my Sony A6000 with a Samyang 12mm f2 lens, and a 70-210mm lens.

Feedback

I wish you especially good luck to find the same subject !!! So be patient and always bring a case with you ... you never know is it?
