In your light I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest where no-one sees you, but sometimes I do, and that sight becomes this art.

Thanks! Would it be ok to ask if you'd vote on this photo for the "Creative Composition Photo Contest"? It's in the Top 10 Class & a new camera would be so AWESOME. lol

Location
This photo was snapped at Hampton Beach in New Hampshire.Time
It was around 11am.Lighting
The mid day sun refused to take direction from this photographer and was insisting on back lighting my subject.Equipment
I was using a Canon T4i w/ EFS 18-135mm lens. Handheld. Wish I had brought a reflector but this was just going to be a lazy day on the beach and not a photo shoot. haha.Inspiration
The model in this photo is my muse. She inspires and encourages me in my passion.Editing
I used several of the Google NIK Collection plugins especially the HDR effects and darkened and lightened different areas until I saw something I liked. In my camera bag
I keep dry socks in my bag! I always keep a flash and some polarizing filters. Lens cleaning kit. Spare batteries.Feedback
This was a photo that I had passed over because it was so backlit. My muse said "wait a second how about this one?" Sometimes you need to come back to a photo to see something else that pops out. Have confidence in your eye.
