your gallery is gr8 - this image in particular indicates the creative imagination you bring to your images - the overall compositions and color balance are a thing to admire throughout your work - very nice

Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in my home, in my living room, I was just starting out and learning myself, i am a self taught photographer, always learning

Time

I would say this image was taken during the evening, I was so excited to shoot with this model

Lighting

well I used two soft lights, up against the model , it was a learning experience trying to figure out the best lighting for this image, because back then I did not know much, and as a self taught photographer, did not know much

Equipment

for this image I used the Nikon D7000, using a 50mm 1.4 lens, and 2 soft lights

Inspiration

this was definitely a last minute shoot, was not prepared, just pop in my head, after seeing the models accessories, the model had brought so many different options, when I saw the headpiece on her I thought of fortune teller, something mysterious, that drew you to her

Editing

yes I did I did skin smoothing, and color adjustments

In my camera bag

Now I changed up my equipment, I now have Nikon D3s and still love the 50 mm 1.4 and use 24-70mm and the 70-200

Feedback

I would say practice a lot, I have learned a lot watching youtube videos, lots of tutorials and love creating things and having the models wear them, sometimes their silly but every so often it can come out amazing, and i also get inspired by coming to Viewbug and seeing others work, and make me want to create so many things
