Behind The Lens

Location

Shot I did in the forest about 15 minutes walk from the town where I live, Bardejov.

Time

If I remember correctly, it was in the November one chilly morning, about 4 years ago.

Lighting

The light was not the best, was a ground frost in the morning and it was heaving in the forest mist. I personally loathe using flash, even in this case I not used it.

Equipment

I use the camera Canon EOS 450D, 18-55 mm. As I have previously mentioned, I shoot without a flash, in this shot I did not use any other attachments. Shot I did by hand, without using a tripod.

Inspiration

I love the forest and the trees separately. And this was for me at this particular moment beautiful. Attracted me especially as his crown perfectly mirrors Fibonacci diagonal.

Editing

Basic editing RAW format I did in Lightroom and other minor adjustments I did in my favorite program Photoscape:-)

In my camera bag

I'm just a amateur photographer, I have not a very rich equipment. Typically, to wander in the countryside I take just the camera itself, nothing more. Sometimes a tripod if I want.

Feedback

Basic are only two things, heart and head. The heart has more weight, especially when choosing the image. A head used in postprocessing, but less is more:-)
