With animals, you can't always get the pose you want in the perfect spot with the perfect light. My suggestion... just keep shooting and keep the camera handy. With the ease of digital photography, the more pictures you take the better your chances are for THAT photo.Equipment

Honestly, my dog. I love it when you can tell an animal is so happy they just act goofy! Being able to capture that moment though can present quite the challenge.Editing

Again, take as many pictures as you can. It doesn't cost a thing. Don't leave your camera packed away. Leave it where it's easily and quickly accessible. You don't want the moment to pass while you're digging for your gear.
