Thank you all. This was a fun shoot and the model was amazing to work with. Not a professional and not intentional with her poses. Made the feel I was looking for so much easier to achieve.

This photo was taken on the streets of Roanoke, VA. The model was a true old school punk rock gal. I snapped one photo and it was perfect. Probably the shortest shoot ever.Time
Pre-noon. I shoot with all natural lighting so my worst enemy is the sun when it’s directly over me. I always shoot early AM before noon or evening before sun down.Lighting

Yes. I use Lightroom and PS. For this specific shot I did a small amount of hdr toning to add to the grungy punk rock feel.In my camera bag

Your lens and the right time of day are key if you plan to shoot with natural lighting. Other than that pick individuals to shoot with that are fun and get into the shoot. I prefer non-professionals. They are more natural during the shoot and so intentional with forced poses.
