Great shot! I love the vibrance and the exposure to make the water look mystical. Congrats!

Location
I took this photo in Cape Raso (Cabo Raso - Portugal), wich is in the portuguese coastline, between the beautiful villages of Cascais and Sintra.Time
It was taken after the sunset, in the blue hour.Lighting
All natural light.Equipment
I used my Canon EOS 5D Mark III with 24-105mm F4 Canon lens, with a Giotto tripod.Inspiration
This a beautiful and peaceful place to photograph. Besides the natural rock formations and great waterscape scene, the goal was to include in the shoot 2 capes, the one i was standing (Cape Raso in the foreground) and the other on the left side of the picture (Cape of Roca in the background). I used the blue hour for 2 reasons: one was to extend the shutter time in my exposure and create the silky effect in the sea; the second was to also captures the street light´s, including the lighthouse that stands on Cape of Roca.Editing
White balance correcting, and a little sharpening, and spot removals (lens kept on getting little water spray from the water hitting the rocks). In my camera bag
Depends on what i´m going to shoot. My camera with this setup is in most of the times. A microfibre cloth to clean the lens, filters and filter holder, extra battery and memory cards, remote control shutter and the waterproof cover for the bag.Feedback
Finding the right spot is essential. After that, finding the best time of day (before, during or after sunset or sunrise are always the best hours). Don´t forget to use a good tripod and a remote shutter if possible.
