Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Davils Lake, Oregon.

Time

This photo was taken around 5:30 early morning.

Lighting

A sunrise light always have beautiful colors and i tried to capture the light without over exposing it.

Equipment

Camera used is NIKON D7100 and setting are Aperture: f/16.0, ISO: 100, Shutter Speed: 1/100 with help of 18-140 VR lens and Tripod.

Inspiration

We were camping in the state park and i always wanted to capture the sunrise with the lake so that i can get a reflection of rays in water as well.

Editing

Yes, used a blur feature to give a steady look to water.

In my camera bag

I always carry my more flexible Nikon 18-140 lens while traveling.

Feedback

I was not having a filter to use with the lens and any ND filter with tripod will be a great combination for these kind of pictures.
