Just before you enter Yosemite National Park, you travel through a half-mile tunnel bored through solid rock. As soon as you emerge from the tunnel, you are struck with an expansive majestic view of Yosemite Valley! You can see HalfDome (middle right), Clouds Rest (center), and El Capitan to the left. The full uncropped version of this image shows Cathedral Rocks on the right, and below it, Bridalveil Fall. It is the most magnificent view I have ever seen in my life!! We were fortunate to have some interesting cloud cover from an approaching storm on this day.
