Location
This water lily was the first water lily I took a picture of as a new photographer. It was in an inside greenhouse garden in Toronto called Allens Garden.Time
It was more likely taken in the afternoon on one of my outings with my son.Lighting
As a new photographer I had no idea about lighting. I just kept moving my body while looking through the lens until I hit an angle I liked.Equipment
Sony Cybershot H300. New camera and was trying it out. Not familiar with anything in a camera except the button to take a picture with.Inspiration
I was taking pictures of flowers as a first subject. They don’t move and easy to take pictures of. I saw the water lily which is a flower I normally don’t get to see and took the picture.Editing
I take like a million shots until I like one. I’m not familiar with editing, or different settings on camera. This was a straight shot.In my camera bag
