Rare to see these birds alone here in southeast Michigan as they like to flock and stick together mostly. They are, however the bane of farmers and other people here as they are not indigenous to the U.S. They number about 200 million. Photo taken on 6-10-2014 in my yard. They are a beautiful bird when juveniles, however.
