"The road to Jaws" One of my favorite times when I was backpacking Hawaii. 'Jaws' is a world famous deep water surfing break that only breaks in the winter months on Maui, HI. This year the break was at its all time high in over a decade, with waves breaking over 55-60ft. When the locals take off work and school, you know its something special. To get to spot you have to walk two miles down a dirt road.
