Behind The Lens

Location
We were visiting a zoo and I was thrilled to see they had my favorite bird.I love these characters, especially their colors and the laugh they make.
Time
I do not remember,guessing mid day
Lighting
natural light
Equipment
No extra equipment
Inspiration
I watched and spoke with the bird for ages and he decided I was worth the time and sat down to listen to this strange visitor. So I grabbed my camera and took a few shots,avoiding the wire of the avairy.
Editing
I do not have the talent to do any post processing,I occasionally crop my photos to home in on my subject.
In my camera bag
My camera is usually worn, I have an extra long camera strap so it is comfortable to have around my neck.It takes time to grab a camera from inside a bag,keep it handy so the opportunity is there to quickly snap if that golden eagle happens to fly by.
Feedback
I am self taught, I love to capture memories so always try and have a camera with me whenever we venture out especially on family days out. Take time to enjoy the moment and snap away.
