I arrived with the sunset and the picture was taken with the dark, but before the city lighting starts so there wasn't too many lights to get this contrast.Equipment

The times of changes give more opportunities. Try to shoot pictures since sunset until night lighting in the city. An awesome combination of the darkness, natural and artificial lights occur before the total city lighting.
