Location
At my good friends wedding .They hired me to do the photography for the day ,and as it turned out I extended that into the night .Time
Around 730 pm .Lighting
It was near the out side Dance area. It was summer . I used a canon speed light and low ISO and aperture ,Bounced the light as best as I could. Touched up the rest in light room 5 .Equipment

I could see the bride was having a great time and I like to catch people more in a relaxed look than the posing stage . This gave me the opportunity. Also it was a Scottish wedding so every one was starting to feel relaxed. The Scottish like a good party.Editing

The above. I am now going towards prime lenses. started cheap now moving to a 85 mm 1.4. Love the sharpness. Low light capabilities. 70 -200 also one of my favorites.Feedback
Take your time, Look for the right moment, Sometimes its dumb luck ,most of the time its not. I personally am good at reading people . But find it unpleasant to get in their personal space, so I like to use the 24-105 or 70-200. good depth of field is also a must. The 85mm also gives me enough room to breathe in and sharpness ,which I really like in a photo. I take my hat off to the street photographers . Those kind of shots were people are themselves interest me the most. I would like to get to a level were I can reproduce that relax feeling in a studio environment .Something I am working on. Since joining this forum I have to say I have learn t a lot in the way how some photography's use their imagination . And i think that is the key. Think out side if the box. I believe imitation is the greatest flattery or so the saying goes. Its just putting a different spin on it.
