Behind The Lens

Location

Gray Cliff Spring - Cache County, UT.U.S.A. http://www.trails.com/usgs-topo-gray-cliff-spring-topographic-map-1441455.html

Time

I planed too get here in late evening.

Lighting

The shots I`d got back earlier were burned out from direct sun light, so after the sun went behind the mountains, I began shooting.

Equipment

I shot a full roll of 36 exposure velvia slide film in a Nikon 8008, and a Bausch & Lomb professional tripod, this one was @ f16 about 15 sec and thankfully no wind!

Inspiration

National Geographic Magazine .... 8)))

Editing

Its taking me some time too get use too any retouching of my photos, because of having too scanning them into a computer & trying too make them better, so not on this 1, but now with digital out Ive been trying too learn so yes.

In my camera bag

Currentaly I shot with the Nikon D90 with AF Nikkor 35-135mm 1:3.5-4.5, Sigma high-speed wide 28mm 1:1.8, Sigma 135-400mm 1:4.5-5.6 D APO, Sigma APO tele converter 2X EX,

Feedback

Well it only took me a couple of years for this capture.... So practice practice And take lots of notes.
