Typically I have my Nikon, along with a zoom lens (70-300mm), a macro and fisheye lens, an external flash usually (just in case), and probably a tripod.Feedback
Patience definitely plays a crucial roll in the success of a photo adventure kind of day. I try to keep an open mind and look for things that make my heart flutter when I first see them. I think it's important to stay true to yourself, and follow your heart, having confidence in who you are, and I definitely think that can show through your work.
