HDR enhanced photo taken at Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glen Rose, Texas. Dinosaur Valley State Park showcases the first dinosaur footprints ever found. Discovered in the 1930's by a rural postman reported his find to the local high school science teacher. Suddenly, world wide attention was focused on the find and the New York Museum of Natural History actually cut a block containing some of the tracks from the bed of the Paluxy River and are supposedly still housed at that institution. Remaining tracks are still visible in the riverbed and surrounding rocks. These dinosaur replicas were produced for Sinclair Oil for a World's Fair and following the closure the fair, donated them to Dinosaur Valley State Park.

Taken with Canon EOS Rebel XTi

Took third place in Webshots Creative Challenge on HDR images.
